Hello!
I'm Frances, a Lancaster local with a passion for cleaning and organizing spaces. My goal is to help your home not only look good, but to feel good for you, family and visitors.
Our homes are an extension of ourselves and they need to be cared for too. Many of us struggle to have the time and energy to "do it all." Don't struggle- I'm here to help!
I am a reformed "pack-rat" and have spent years letting go of things that don't fit me or my space. I want to share the joy that comes with having a clean, fresh place to work and rest. My eye for detail helps me tackle your toughest trouble-spots. I can't wait to meet you and your home!

Residential Cleaning
Choose a thorough whole-house cleaning, baseboards and bathrooms, just the kitchen, just the floors, or any combination you would like. We will come up with a custom checklist that suits you, your needs, and your schedule.
Hourly Rate: $50/hour (two hour minimum)
Flat Rate: $125-$235 (depending on number of bedrooms and bathrooms)
Add $50-$90 for a deep clean (homes that have not been cleaned within the past month)
Airbnb Cleaning
Not a hair left in the shower. Not a crumb left on the counter. Laundry folded and beds made for bouncing quarters. I guarantee to leave your airbnb ultra-clean and guest-ready.

Organizing
Pantries!
Everybody has at least one spot in their home that refuses to cooperate. Are you at your wit's end? You probably need a fresh pair of eyes (mine) and an organizing solution tailored to you and your things.
The first step is decluttering. We do this together- expect compassion and sensitivity from me. The second step is to rearrange what's left and store it in the proper containers (the fun part). We can use things you already have to corral your items or buy new ones if desired!
